adb8 Terms & Conditions

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the adb8 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the service through the adb8 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. adb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions apply to opening an account on adb8:

• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• It is your own responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are accountable for all activity on your account.
• Opening an account in the name or identity of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else.

Once registration is complete, adb8 will send a confirmation message. If any of your details change, notify the support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Identity

adb8 is strictly an adults-only platform. Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use the service.

Identity Verification (KYC)

adb8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide one of the following government-issued identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

adb8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if identity verification is not completed or if false information is provided. Personal data will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The approved methods for depositing money on adb8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile number or wallet. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such transactions may be rejected.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent to the mobile wallet from which the deposit was made.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• adb8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while any suspicious activity is under review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

adb8 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The current offer is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

Example

If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000, the bonus reaches the maximum cap, meaning a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳54,000.

Wagering requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotional notice states otherwise.
• adb8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any unusual betting pattern is detected.
• adb8 reserves the right to withdraw or change any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on adb8 — including live casino, slot machines, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the following general rules:

• Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer.
• Each game's own rules can be seen in the game window. Please read them before you start playing.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game session, adb8 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• adb8 will not be held responsible for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection.
• In sports betting, markets and odds are subject to change. A bet will only become valid once the odds are confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adb8:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information, forging an identity, or using someone else's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the bonus terms, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal or clean funds obtained illegally.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through coordination between multiple players.
• Underage Access: Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

If any of the above violations are detected, adb8 may immediately close the account and confiscate the balance.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by adb8

adb8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicious financial activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before submitting a closure request.

9 Responsible Gaming

adb8 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income.

adb8 offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion at a member's request. Please contact the support team for this.

adb8 does not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared where necessary for identity verification, payment processing, and legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, adb8 will not be held liable for the following:

• Disruption to a game session caused by an internet disconnection.
• Faults or issues in third-party game provider software.
• Your failure to maintain the security of your device or account.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).
• Any changes related to gaming regulation under the laws of your country.

In the case of a verified technical fault, adb8 will attempt to refund the amount of the affected bet, but no compensation will be given for potential winnings.

12 Changes & Dispute Resolution

adb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a complaint or dispute, please contact adb8's support team first. We will make every effort to resolve the matter directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, both parties may agree to seek the assistance of an independent mediator. The laws of Bangladesh shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
